Phew! Continues to be an extraordinarily busy week, following a very busy weekend! Instead of rambling on, I will make a tiny list:
-getting into the crazy parts of training for my run-- 8 miles this Saturday!
-got a -very short in my opinion- haircut with Heather, which I'm still getting used to, but is a very nice change! I will post a photo when I figure out how to style it. (Sidenote: apparently it takes time to style your hair? Who knew!)
-Mariners game with Grete/winetasting
-Meghan's birthday dinner, and Noelle's apartment/adorable kitten Lily
I'm kicking myself for not taking any pictures! Busy weekend onto a busy week at work-- it's officially the second week without Heather, and was kicked off by a half day (super fun) food photoshoot, now the catching up begins! We will see how doing a months worth of work in a few days pans out... keep your fingers crossed for me! Until then, I will relax and drink my tea.

Cinnamon Pull-aparts
Upon request, and my general love for them, here is my favorite recipe for cinnamon pull-aparts! (Got the recipe from my mom, she is an awesome cook!)
Cinnamon Pull-Aparts
18 frozen dinner rolls
1 stick butter (melted)
2/3 C. brown sugar
1 small box butterscotch pudding (cook and serve, not instant!)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. pecans (chopped)
Night before: In a bundt pan, place the frozen dinner rolls. Melt stick of butter, cool slightly and pour over rolls. Mix remaining ingredients together, sprinkle over rolls. Place damp towl over everything, let sit on top of oven (or someplace warm) overnight.
In the morning: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook 25-30 minutes, flip over plate immediately. YUMMY.
Our family makes these every Christmas and Easter morning, partly because they are so easy and WONDERFUL. Enjoy!

Catching up
It's been awhile since I've posted last, the past few weeks have been crazy! The last few pictures of when I ventured up to stay with Meghan in Bellevue for the weekend; and our glorious day of shopping and Frost donuts. (Note: Maple bacon bar is amazing. Enough said.) The top pictures are from Bryan's birthday this weekend, and all of its silliness! We ended up having over 30 people stop by for some good ol' potluck bbq'ing-- and even though it rained, my parents were lucky enough to lend us a tent so we could continue cooking outside. Everything worked out great and we all had a lot of fun! I think Bryan had an excellent birthday weekend overall (His actual birthday was Sunday)
So that's my tiny update! Hopefully I will make a quick post soon; to post my mom's cinnamon pull-apart recipe. (Great Easter Sunday or breakfast party dish-- I made it for Heather's going away potluck at work and it was a hit! I'm happy to finally share one of my favorite recipes. So easy too!)
